DAOs create end points for connectivity as set forth in the Protocol ...

The design of identity, addressing, routing and components, enable n number of networks and cross-connects.

The design also appreciates the concept of "jurisdiction", operating in legacy environments and system requirements necessary to satisfy compliance requirements for various jurisdictions.

DIGITALUNIVERSE can be viewed as a "digital jurisdiction", in that it is arguably self-sovereign.

Thus, just as in the case of traditional jurisdictions, the location of nodes, their respective components, and details of processing, memory, storage and transport must be carefully considered.

The architecture of a process on a network may give rise to multiple points of jurisdictional contact, if the underlying technology implementation is not well understood and configured.

A Protocol for DIGITALUNVERSE is subject to trade secrets, pending patents, and granted patents. It includes network and component architecture.

A Decentralised Autonomous Organisation ("DAO") establishes nodes which comprise a network(s) and may include purposes of use and functionality, as well as traffic routing and means of operations.

It is important to anticipate requirements for operating in DIGITALUNIVERSE in the future, where most of continuous operations will be driven by digital INTELLIGENCEs.

DAOs can be useful in establishing boundary conditions for a DAO and facilitating cross-connects between DAOs.

A DAO Protocol must include requirements relating to its jurisdictional operations, including DIGITALUNIVERSE governance Protocols.

Decentralised Autonomous Organisations

Legal Entities and Components operate within DAO - (Internet of Things - IOT). ECOSYSTEM Participants operate within Participant DAOs. Ecosystem Society members operate with Ecosystem Member DAO. Each of these participants' nodes are connected to ECOSYSTEM DAO Connect for monetary units and other transactional activity.

An ECOSYSTEM Society Member is connected in their HUMAN capacity to an ECOSYSTEM Society, as it operates on HUMAN only DAO. Other interactivity within an Ecosystem enables individuals to operate across and between other DAOs.

Digital Assets Organisation ("DAOn")

A Digital Assets Organisation is a form of a Decentralised Autonomous Organisation which deals with equipment, tangible assets and intangible assets, including controllable electronic records, utility tokens and other forms of assets. A DAO may also represent an association of natural and/or juridical persons who participate within an ecosystem and/or across multiple ecosystems.

DAOs and their respective APIs are registered with IGX nodes, and are integrated into a nodal mesh network architecture, as are DAOn.
